The One Show
On Friday the 19th of September Cirque Bijou had the privilege of reuniting with Take That for a very special announcement of their upcoming ‘Circus Tour’ on the One Show for the BBC.
Cirque Bijou first worked with Take That 19 years ago. We worked with them on their original Circus Tour which began on 5 June 2009 in Sunderland and finished on 5 July 2009 at Wembley Stadium in London.
To announce the second iteration of the tour, the band performed their hit single ‘Shine’ surrounded by a host of some of our favourite circus artists. The rehearsals the day before the show were fun and colourful, and all the performers had their chance to shine (pun intended).
The band had very specific ideas of what kind of circus artists they wanted for the TV performance. We were able to provide them with plenty of options and additional ideas to make for a show-stopping live spectacle.
The Tour
The band announced on the One Show that the Circus Tour will return in the summer of 2026. The tour dates and tickets have now been released. You can expect more of the finest circus and acrobatic talent around…. watch this space!
