Cirque Bijou has got the X Factor!!

On Saturday 23 September's X Factor show, Cirque Bijou provided some heavy rock angle-grinding with our 2 artists dressed in PVC and leather outfits to perform alongside the X Factor contestant, Treyc Cohen as she sang Led Zeppelin’s “A Whole Lotta Love”.

Cirque Bijou was featured not once but twice on 'X FACTOR RESULTS' live show on Sunday 17 October. Our directors were both on set to supply special effects and circus acts during the 2 guest appearances in the hour long show.

Bijou's Julian Bracey worked with Quantum FX and alongside international show designer Baz Halpin, to manage a team of four of our fire dancers who wore our unique pyrotechnic backpacks and appeared alongside guest popstarlet Katy Perry for her song Firework. The pyro effect was featured during her song creating a stunning visual backdrop to the star's explosive performance.

Earlier on the evening, previous X Factor semi-finalist Diana Vickers made an appearance with her new single My Wicked Heart.  Cirque Bijou's Billy Alwen worked with choreographer David Leighton and 24/7 Productions to provide a troupe of circus artists - aerialists, hula hoop and stilt jugglers - to back her while she returned to the show to perform.
